March 31

The Russian scientists huddled together for warmth, casting hungry, forlorn looks at their dwindling rations. About two dozen of them worked here at Vostok Station, one of the coldest places on earth, deep in the heart of Antarctica. In the 1980s, the temperature plunged to nearly -130° F (-90° C) here, and while it was not nearly that frigid tonight, it was still dangerously cold. Frostbite would occur within minutes if any of them dared go outside.

Worse still, what few structures were at the station had all been without power for several days, and their residents had lost all communication with the outside world — if an outside world still existed for them to communicate with.

All month, rumors had filtered through to the researchers about furs suddenly becoming gigantic and wreaking havoc on the world. It seemed too terrifying to be true, yet the evidence was too overwhelming to ignore.

And then Vostok began losing contact with other Antarctic research stations, one by one. Distress calls made it evident that some giant beast was roaming the continent, eliminating each station. At least twice, it had disrupted routine shipments of supplies, leaving the station’s crew perilously low on food.

The scientists hoped that Vostok’s remote location — not only deep inland, but also at high altitude — would allow them to escape the mysterious beast’s attention. That hypothesis was about to be proven incorrect.

Rumbles like thunder echoed across the barren Antarctic plains, the first outside sound the station’s crew had heard in weeks beyond the roaring of the treacherous winds. A lookout shouted toward the group, confirming their worst fears: the titan was approaching.

SebaenSah — though the scientists would have no way of knowing their name — was a Yutyrannus, a large dinosaur thought to be an ancestor of the more well-known T. rex. A typical Yutyrannus would be roughly 30 feet long; Seb was more than 20 times that size. They stalked the station on two feet, walking with the dinosaur’s trademark hunch.

The thick gray, black and beige fluff covering Seb’s body more than protected them from the elements. The scientists didn’t have that luxury. Going outside meant certain doom, from either the looming reptile or the sheer cold. All they could do was hide throughout the station, hoping to avoid detection once the behemoth reached the outpost.

As the rumbles got closer, producing violent quakes alongside their deafening volume, a potent scent soon began to filter through the station. It was unlikely the scientists would recognize it as the musk of Yutyrannus arousal, but if any had looked outside, they would have seen a long, pink, ridged member slide out of Seb’s slit as they stood over the outpost. Their dick alone was longer than the research station’s main building, a fact that made the dinosaur even more aroused as they looked down at the puny shacks between their legs.

The quaking stopped for a moment, giving some hiding inside the buildings false hope that perhaps the beast had stopped, or even went away. Then the roof of the main building caved in under the tremendous force of a huge dinosaur paw. Those inside didn’t even have time to react before they were completely smothered underneath the behemoth’s thick soles.

For those hiding in the other buildings, it was horrifying to see by just how much Seb outscaled the largest building at the outpost, and how just the simplest of actions had totally obliterated it. Seb, meanwhile, felt nothing but pleasure, a toothy smirk curling across their snout as they lowered their body and ground their genitals against the decimated remains of the structure.

This lewd act was too much for one of the survivors in another building, and he made the foolish decision to fire at the beast with a gun the researchers primarily used for self-defense. The bullets bounced harmlessly off the dinosaur’s thick hide, but the researcher did succeed in drawing the attention of the Yutyrannus, much to the chagrin of those sharing his hiding spot.

Seb took slow, gentle steps as they walked toward the offending building, dipping their head down to peer into it with their fiery orange eyes, each big enough to fill the window from the perspective of the cowering Russians.

Then, Seb opened their mouth wide, giving their prey a full view of their drooling maw. The musk that permeated the air mixed with the dinosaur’s hot breath, causing the researchers’ eyes to water. And then, in the blink of an eye, Seb snapped their jaws shut around the building, crushing it down to a swallowable size with a few quick chomps from their razor-sharp fangs. Seconds later, it was gone, the structure erased from the Antarctic landscape without a trace.

Aurora australis began to filter through the clear Antarctic sky as Seb contemplated what to do with the remaining buildings. They looked up with surprise, enjoying the view as much tonight as they did one month ago, when the southern lights had also appeared with unusual vibrance.

Seb chuckled. The remaining survivors would at least get a nice view before they dealt with them…
